Mini & JuniorTrainingProgrammes

Our kids’ training programmes are designed for young dancers who are ready to grow beyond the classroom and discover what they can achieve through dance. Through structured training in technique, musicality, choreography and performance, we nurture each dancer’s confidence, discipline, creativity and ability to work as part of a team.

Little steps. Big dreams.

At STEP, we believe that every young dancer deserves the opportunity to be challenged, encouraged and supported. Beyond developing their skills, we hope to inspire a lasting love for dance, meaningful friendships and the courage to keep growing — both on and off the stage.

Follow our JuniorsOur Work

For dancers aged 9–14, STEP Junior Crew is a training and performance programme for young dancers ready to deepen their skills, embrace new challenges and discover their potential as performers.

With a focus on developing stronger technique, musicality, versatility and stage presence, our Juniors are encouraged to move beyond simply learning choreography and begin understanding how to dance with intention, confidence and individuality. Through consistent training and collaborative experiences, they learn to take ownership of their growth, adapt to challenges and contribute meaningfully to a team.

At STEP, we want our Juniors to know that they do not have to be the best in the room to belong. They simply need the willingness to learn, the courage to keep trying and the heart to grow with others.

Follow our MinisOur Work

Created for our youngest dancers aged 5–8, STEP Mini Crew is where budding performers begin their journey into more focused dance training, teamwork and the excitement of performing together.

Through engaging and structured training, our Minis develop their coordination, musicality, movement quality and performance confidence while learning the importance of listening, discipline and working together. Every class is an opportunity to explore, make mistakes, discover new abilities and celebrate the little victories that lead to bigger growth.

We believe that a strong foundation goes beyond learning steps. It is about helping young dancers build confidence in themselves, learn to support one another and discover the joy of being part of something bigger.

For little dancers with big hearts and even bigger potential, this is where their journey begins.
